Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of wedding planning and execution, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and ensure that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, wedding coordination, and operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
