We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Facility Management Coordinators for our projects in Vellore.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Effective distribution of customer complaints to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
  • Arranging customer appointments for issue resolution.
  • Processing and tracking all expenses related to facilities management across project sites.
  • Escalation management for CAM/WAP queries.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to high standards of hygiene.
