Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead our interior construction projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate design development, site preparation, and construction activities.
  • Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, sub-contractors, and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
