Job Title: Servicing Team Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team, including monitoring work and attendance in line with organizational policies and applicable laws.

The Servicing Team Manager will provide regular coaching to team members to ensure consistent high-performance delivery on a monthly basis.

Main responsibilities include identifying performance-related issues, developing action plans to improve performance and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

This position requires ensuring that services delivered to customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.

The Servicing Team Manager will communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates and conduct team meetings to facilitate efficient communication of relevant information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead team members, multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for deliverables.
