Pest Control Service Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Service Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Sales & Operations. They should be an excellent individual performer with prior experience of team handling, and have experience in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

  • Develop awareness of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) practices across all departments.
  • Create detailed annual operating plans to tap into new market opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets through consistent performance throughout the year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effective customer contact management and customer relations to achieve target customer retention.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs such as manpower, chemical/material consumption, and equipment usage.
  • Managing general administration of the base/branch according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Building capability of base/branch teams and managing sales & service colleague retention.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The key deliverables for this role include:

  • Faster Response Time: 98/100, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Voice Counting.
  • Profitability and Growth: Achieving P&L Base/Branch Targets, Service Productivity, Gross Sales, Jobbing, and Product Sales Targets.
  • Customer Retention: Maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
