Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager and Service Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service teams, and coordinating with other departments for efficient operations. The role demands a proactive approach to both sales and service management.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience, including developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills for managing and motivating sales and service teams
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and service management software tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the irrigation or fluid management industry is a plus
