Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketer to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Has handled a significant performance marketing budget.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search.
