Business Growth Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth at FatakPay Digital Pvt. Ltd. in Andheri East. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing customized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹18 Lakhs - ₹25 Lakhs per annum
**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Develop customized sales strategies and proposals to effectively pitch company products or services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
