  • Minimum 10 years of experience in staffing/recruitment agencies with a proven track record.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Excel for MIS reporting and familiarity with ATS.
