
Senior Sponsorship Development Manager

As a seasoned professional in sponsorship management, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnership opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating closely with sales and content teams to develop engaging branded content initiatives that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sponsorship Development:
- Develop comprehensive sponsorship roadmaps to drive business growth
- Manage existing sponsor relationships, ensuring deliverable fulfillment and maintaining strong client relationships
- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that showcase value proposition
- Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with the sales team to develop in-show integration solutions that meet client needs
- Support sales pitches and client meetings, contributing sponsorship pricing and package development
- Translate client objectives into actionable sponsorship opportunities that drive results
- Production & Execution:
- Oversee branded content production from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output
- Attend and supervise production shoots, ensuring brand guidelines and objectives are met
- Coordinate with production teams, creative directors, and talent to bring projects to life
- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality control throughout the production process
- Brand Management:
- Lead initial concept development meetings with brand partners, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Facilitate creative approvals and feedback processes, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Maintain consistent communication with brand stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Ensure brand compliance and alignment throughout execution, upholding standards
- Develop and present post-campaign performance reports, showcasing impact of efforts
Requirements include 6+ years of professional marketing experience, with a proven track record of using data and metrics to drive improvements. You should have experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, as well as communicating results to stakeholders and presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership. Experience in branded content production, understanding of production processes and timelines, and strong client-facing communication skills are also essential. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities is crucial, as well as experience in creative development and brand storytelling.
