
Senior Business Development Manager

The Job: To expand our global presence, we are seeking a strategic business professional who can contribute by developing and executing a long-term vision, enabling extensive market reach.
Educational Qualification: We require a graduate with a strong educational background. A postgraduate degree in management would be an added advantage.
Work Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the events and media industry. This experience should involve increasing market awareness through creating a suitable sales and marketing strategy.
Location: We are based in Mumbai.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Create a database of potential clients and target them accordingly.
- Develop a strategy for pitching and execution for new clients based on the generated database.
- Directly interact with critical potential leads and convert them into clients while building long-term relationships.
- Gauge a clear understanding of client requirements and communicate the detailed brief to internal departments.
- Strike alliances, sponsorship deals, media packages, and barters for our intellectual properties as directed by the manager.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and deal with senior management across the auto, luxury, and lifestyle spaces.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that the pitch presentation meets client requirements and timelines.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the client servicing team once a contract is signed.
- Build a strong rapport with critical clients to ensure client retention.
- Provide customized solutions to key clients in the luxury and lifestyle space during the pitching stage.
- Meet the sales target given.
