Delegate Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive delegate and sponsorship sales for our international B2B events.

This is a high-impact role that requires strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on sales expertise, with a strong focus on revenue generation and building lasting partnerships with senior-level executives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for delegate acquisition and sponsorship across international B2B events.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs.

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.

- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.

- Lead high-value sales conversations and negotiate sponsorship packages that align with client objectives.

- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, content) to align on event goals and delivery.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.

- Represent the company at events and meetings (virtually or in person) to drive networking and deal closure.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B events sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.

- Proven track record in international delegate and sponsorship sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

- Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
