We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll management.
About the RoleThe Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions, including:
- Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent
- Employee Relations: Building strong relationships with employees, addressing grievances, and providing conflict resolution
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Payroll: Overseeing payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in HRM or equivalent, with 5-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices is essential.
