Job Title HR Generalist Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp- 8657005459 Job Summary The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and providing support in recruitment employee engagement payroll compliance and performance management This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings screening interviews and onboarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Oversee payroll processing attendance and leave management Support performance appraisal and employee development programs Ensure statutory compliance PF ESI Gratuity Shops Establishment Act etc Handle employee queries grievances and provide resolution in line with company policies Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Assist in drafting updating and implementing HR policies and procedures Liaise with department heads to support manpower planning and training needs Prepare HR reports MIS and ensure timely submission to management Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist HR Executive Knowledge of labor laws HR compliance and HR operations Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ERP Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently Key Skills Recruitment Onboarding Payroll Compliance Management Employee Relations Engagement Performance Management HR Policies Documentation Training Development Coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
