Job description Job Title Senior HR Executive Genralist Location Bhiwandi Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Intrested Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 Job Summary The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations employee relations recruitment compliance and performance management This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and to support business objectives Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and selection Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs 2 Employee Engagement Relations Handle employee queries grievances and conflict resolution Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture 3 HR Operations Compliance Manage employee records and HR database attendance leaves payroll inputs Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and statutory requirements PF ESIC gratuity etc Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies 4 Performance Management Training Support performance appraisal process KRA KPI tracking Identify training needs and coordinate learning development programs Monitor probation confirmation and exit formalities 5 Reporting Analytics Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports dashboards and HR metrics Provide insights to management for decision-making Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 4-7 years of HR experience generalist profile preferred Good knowledge of labor laws HR compliance Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software HRMS ATS Key Competencies Leadership Team Management Confidentiality Integrity Conflict Management Time Management Analytical Thinking Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund
