Job Title Senior HR Executive - Generalist Location Bhiwandi Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 Job Purpose The Senior HR Executive - Generalist will manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations ensuring smooth execution of policies and procedures compliance with labor laws employee engagement and supporting organizational growth Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing screening scheduling and interviewing Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Conduct employee orientation and induction programs 2 Employee Relations Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries Support initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement Organize employee welfare recognition and cultural activities 3 HR Operations Compliance Maintain employee records attendance leaves payroll inputs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in drafting updating and implementing HR policies 4 Performance Management Support appraisal processes and maintain performance records Assist managers in handling performance-related discussions 5 Training Development Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions Maintain records of employee skill development programs 6 Exit Formalities Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding Analyze attrition data and suggest retention strategies Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in Interior Design Retail Manufacturing industries Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Key Skills Recruitment Talent Acquisition HR Operations Payroll Knowledge Employee Relations Engagement Labor Law Compliance Problem Solving Decision Making Training Development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
