Job description Job Title HR Executive Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Location Kalyan Bypass Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 HR Abhinandan Rai Job Summary The HR Executive - Generalist will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll coordination employee engagement statutory compliance and exit formalities This role ensures smooth HR functioning and supports a positive employee experience Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Source screen and shortlist candidates for various positions Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Prepare offer letters and appointment letters Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs 2 Attendance Payroll Support Maintain attendance and leave records Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain employee database Handle employee queries related to salary leaves and attendance 3 HR Operations Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Prepare HR-related letters confirmation transfer increment etc Manage insurance ID cards and other HR documentation 4 Employee Engagement Welfare Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations Address employee concerns and grievances professionally 5 Statutory Compliance Assist in maintaining statutory records PF ESIC Gratuity etc Coordinate with external consultants for compliance and audits 6 Exit Formalities Conduct exit interviews and complete full final settlements Maintain attrition and exit analysis reports Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of HR operations and compliance Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Qualification Experience Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Human Resources MBA HR or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles Employment Type Full-Time Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
