Lead Genset Application Engineering

 

  • Drive the development of genset enclosures, silencers, bases, and cooling systems.
  • Oversee costs to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for customized products by providing timely bill of materials (BOM) and specifications.
  • Identify key issues during BOM preparation and escalate them for resolution.
  • Review and respond to statements of fact (SOF) requirements and approvals for scope of supplies.
  • Cross-functional team coordination for final test reports (FTR) closure and readiness of new products.
  • Participate in engineering change request discussions and share updates with sales teams.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for technical document releases.
  • Review electrical schemes for integration of diesel generators (DG sets) with other panels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with fixed deliverables.
  • Promote best-in-class and innovative solutions as per requirements.
