- Post-graduate degree with 12-15 years of experience in NBFC/Banking at Regional or Zonal Head level.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand organizational processes.
- Value-driven individual with high integrity.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple requirements.
**Requirements and Skills:**
