Regional Supply Chain Leader

The Regional Supply Chain Leader will oversee regional Sales Teams in the defined customer service framework to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate demand over the horizon and assign prioritization to orders/customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions of issues related to priority orders
  • Drive shipment planning with Logistics teams and mitigate risks/delays proactively to incur no demurrage/penalties on shipments
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & Automation in Order Management processes improving Supply Chain visibility
  • Implement and roll out IT & Technology Automations within SCM jointly with IT
Requirements:
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI)
  • SAP knowledge essential
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain essentials, preferably in the Pharma industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decision making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis
  • Negotiation skills / Conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
