Our organization is seeking a skilled and accomplished Associate General Manager to spearhead revenue growth, drive business expansion, and manage high-impact performance metrics for a key region.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing critical business initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, category development, and vendor partnership management.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • You will lead and develop a dynamic team of professionals, including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, and LPs.
  • As a forward-thinking leader, you will create an environment that fosters innovative design experiences for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize business outcomes.
  • Managing and developing a diverse team of designers and sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Owning the quality of design closure for our catalog products and services.
  • Driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification, with an MBA being a desirable asset.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
