Head of HR Role

We're seeking a visionary Head of HR to drive our people strategy and shape the culture of a fast-growing tech company.

About This Opportunity:

  • This role is pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals and facilitate rapid organizational growth.
  • You will oversee full-cycle recruitment with a focus on tech hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Implement and manage robust performance review systems and leadership development initiatives.
  • Design training frameworks to upskill technical and non-technical teams.
  • Drive programs that boost morale, engagement, and retention across all teams.
  • Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, processes, and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements for Success:

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role in an IT or tech-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices in high-growth tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS or related tools.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to operate tactically when needed.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other recognized HR certifications (optional but valued).
