About the Role:
As a Senior Incentive Compensation Associate, you will be responsible for supporting all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role requires an understanding of corporate strategy, product development, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver effective IC plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management using SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
