Senior Compensation Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering high-quality compensation and benefits solutions tailored for our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing compensation structures, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design. They will also be responsible for delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at our clients' organizations.

In this role, you will work closely with the People, Organization, and Culture team to ensure that our clients receive expert compensation and benefits advice. You will also be responsible for aligning with statutory compliance, staying up-to-date on market practices and developments, and providing market benchmarking, trends, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation structures, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design.
  • Deliver the annual pay review and bonus processes at our clients' organizations.
  • Align with statutory compliance and stay up-to-date on market practices and developments.
  • Provide market benchmarking, trends, and advisory services.
  • Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for insurance and employee wellness programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. You will also need to have a solid understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.

Additionally, you will need to have experience in conducting annual compensation cycles, engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors, and working with MS Office, particularly in MS Excel. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI is also a plus.
