Ad Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ad Campaign Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our performance marketing agency, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end paid campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Build funnels aligned with client goals and objectives, ensuring seamless audience targeting and high-converting creatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), conversion rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and optimize daily to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and copywriting teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Manage budgets, A/B testing, and campaign scaling to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate pixel setup, event tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution across all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns with significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling principles.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong creative writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling hooks, CTAs, and ad formats.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
