">Job Title: Human Resources Payroll Manager">

About the Role:

The Human Resources Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR systems from hire to retire data management, improving process efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits administration, tax and labour compliance, vendor management, people management, and employee relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, identify opportunities to improve processes, and bring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.">
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.">
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.">
  • Tax and Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.">
  • Vendor Management: Ensure services are delivered as per SLA and timeline from vendors by optimizing cost and minimizing risk.">
  • People Management: Proactively ensure optimal utilization of available resources to support BAU and Global HR projects.">
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.">

Your Profile:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or MBA.">
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations, Payroll, and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).">
  • Handled a team of 5 to 10 people for 5+ years in previous roles.">
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.">
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.">
  • Experience in a global (matrix) organization preferred.">
  • Effective collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.">
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.">
