Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation.

This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR. The ideal candidate will have experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organisations.

The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of public company equity compensation, exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite). They will also have the ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organisations
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite)
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks
  • Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs
