Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description

The company is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to build and retain IT services and staffing accounts. As the single point of contact, you will ensure on-time delivery with sales and recruitment teams, driving revenue growth.

This role involves owning key accounts, farming and selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos), translating client goals into delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality, managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.

You will also maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill, tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing

- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management

- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure

- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
