
Enterprise Client Growth Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure strong client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive growth and expansion.
- Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives to drive measurable results.
- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and actionable improvements in products and services.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain awareness of industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships with significant growth and expansion.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
- Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experienced with data-driven engagement to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is advantageous.
