Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced PCS/BESS Engineer to join our team in Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and remote troubleshooting services for our PCS/BESS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete on-site technical support and remote troubleshooting work, including debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Responsible for on-site troubleshooting and guiding customers to handle simple faults.
  • Manage on-site spare parts, tracking and management to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and feedback.
  • Learn company products' working principle, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to customers.
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

  • English as primary working language
  • Self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with experience in central PCS or BESS
  • Based in Rajasthan preferred
