Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during the commissioning phases of energy storage projects, ensuring seamless integration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients on-site, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive commissioning schedules with cross-functional colleagues, aligning project milestones with client expectations.
  • Generate regular progress reports to track project status, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project objectives.
  • Oversee the installation of energy storage infrastructure, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for energy storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical projects, with a focus on energy storage and renewable energy technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and related components, including power conversion systems (PCS).
  • Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, with a focus on energy storage infrastructure.
