Job Overview

This role is best suited for an engineering professional with 5–7 years of solar operations experience, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to manage multi-location projects remotely.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with contractors across project sites to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are met in line with contract terms.
  • Monitor system performance data and lead performance improvement measures to uphold uptime commitments with precision and speed.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and documentation compliance through periodic remote audits and verifications.
  • Provide technical support for inverter, wiring, and monitoring issues and escalate to internal engineering teams and OEMs as needed.
  • Maintain structured logs of contractor performance and system health and provide executive dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–7 years of solar O&M experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to manage multi-location projects remotely.
