Main Responsibilities

AI Product Development & Technical Leadership

  • Draft and deploy AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI products.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Foster performance and career growth among team members.

Strategic Planning & Compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the energy domain, with a proven track record in AI implementation.
  • Experience working with AI in renewable energy.
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams and drive product development.

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and AI frameworks.
