Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in performance monitoring and gap analysis. They should be able to track performance across multiple solar plants and identify areas for improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Track performance of multiple solar plants and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
  • Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.

Requirements

  • Candidate Profile:
  • B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
  • 7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Base Location: Pune Head Office
  • Travel to project sites across India
