Renewable Energy Technical Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as our go-to technical resource for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert technical support to clients, installation companies, and manufacturers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  2. Manage and track all technical calls, emails, and customer interactions, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
  3. Conduct thorough quality checks of installations and collect feedback from installers to ensure exceptional quality standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  5. Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager for swift resolution.
  6. Monitor post-installation smart meter applications to guarantee seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy industry or education in a related field is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in engineering, technical support, or service engineering with knowledge of solar systems, battery technologies, and electrical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office to manage customer interactions and data.
  • A problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and flexible to meet business demands.
