C&I Energy Storage Solutions Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions.
Role Highlights:
Expertise in design, sizing, and execution of BESS projects will be paramount. The ideal candidate will guide in crafting technical and financial models for C&I clients. They will support vendor evaluation, technology selection, and integration with solar/open access systems.
The role involves assisting in project planning, commissioning, and optimization of existing systems. The consultant will also share insights on the latest market trends, regulations, and storage applications. Ensuring end-to-end compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and policy frameworks governing C&I-based BESS and energy storage projects is essential.
Requirements:- 3–4 years' experience in executing C&I-based BESS/energy storage projects
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies, safety, and standards
- Exposure to project execution, vendor management, and performance optimization
- Ability to consult, advise, and train internal teams for scaling storage business
