Job Overview:

A seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy is sought after by our organization.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership, with mandatory experience in solar and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
  • Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
  • Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
