Battery Energy Storage Systems Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our BESS division. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

  • Design, develop, and deploy BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Develop strategies for O&M, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
