**Project Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Murex Professional to join our team and provide top-notch support for our Murex 3.1 system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing, configuring, and developing Murex systems in various aspects including datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS and MDCS;
  • Coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements;
  • Analyzing and making recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience;
  • Following client SDLC lifecycle and documentation requirements;
  • Supporting IT and business audits and technology risk assessments;
  • Developing and testing database and infrastructure changes;
  • Performing technical reviews of production changes;
  • Writing clear and concise documentation of issues and resolution in Confluence;
  • Maintaining and enhancing the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end-of-day batches;
  • Communicating directly with business users across the bank to analyze and diagnose business-critical issues;
  • Analyzing and resolving issues related to risk, pricing, PnL, market data, market operations, EOD, interfaces, and reporting;
  • Providing detailed information about issues to vendors and coordinating with them in testing fixes or solutions;
  • Acting as an intermediary between business and vendor teams;
  • Debugging and enhancing bespoke Java processes supporting the Murex implementation;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Murex in a support capacity;
  • Strong technical capability;
  • Solid understanding of DataMart.
