Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. As part of our global IT team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through fast and effective solutions via chat support.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft Windows & O365 issues via chat support, leveraging technical expertise to deliver efficient and effective results.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills while troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
