Expert Oracle HCM Technical Specialist Sought

We are in need of a seasoned Oracle HCM technical professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in various Oracle Fusion HCM technical modules, including Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of complex Oracle Fusion HCM projects, encompassing OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-performing Fast Formulas tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules, with a proven track record of delivering successful technical implementations.
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery and collaboration.
