Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned expert in Oracle HCM to provide strategic support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll.

  • The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • The consultant will develop comprehensive functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Additionally, they will assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, guaranteeing timely project delivery.
  • They will also provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client interaction skills, as well as the ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.

A valid passport is required, as the role may involve travel to the Middle East for project requirements.
