Job Title: SAP HCM Expert

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using SAP HCM modules.
  • Configure, implement, and optimize SAP HCM systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance current processes and systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.
  • Develop documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Lead or assist in testing, training, and change management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, information systems, or computer science.
  • At least 6 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades is essential.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
