Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design. They will be responsible for developing functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.

A strong background in system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess expert knowledge of best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Develop high-quality solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Design and develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on the functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
