Senior Oracle HCM Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM professional with expertise in leading global implementations and project management? Do you have a passion for driving successful configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions?
About the Role- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end deployments of Oracle HCM modules across all locations, ensuring seamless integration and customization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
- Spearhead organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
