We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to join our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical or functional consulting, with expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical or functional consulting services for Oracle Fusion HCM clients
  • Develop and implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Write and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
  • Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business process areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical or functional consulting
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Strong knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk)
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration and Customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Early Joiners Preferable
