The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Utilising proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama), managing data streams and delivering impactful insights.
  • Developing a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry, including impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models, and data governance principles.
  • Building and maintaining marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Mastery of Data Mapping and Normalisation techniques, as well as experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Expertise in pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL is advantageous.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
