Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our business intelligence and user experience team. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models using machine learning algorithms, including logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
  • Partner with senior management to shape the data science roadmap, leveraging expertise in exploratory data analysis, data preparation, exploration, and visualization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating project progress, findings, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in economics, statistics, computer sciences, mathematics, operational research, CA, or engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
