About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Data Consultant to bridge technical analytics and business decision-making, fostering a culture of data-driven insights and informed strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify business-critical patterns, trends, and anomalies, translating findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them through comprehensive analytical investigations, ensuring strategic alignment and business outcomes.
  • Train and upskill cross-functional teams on data interpretation, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making, empowering them to independently analyze and interpret data.
  • Create executive-level insights summaries that translate technical findings into business language, facilitating seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design standardized frameworks and methodologies for teams to develop and maintain strategic KPI frameworks, aligning with business objectives and data capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field; MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting in retail; Proven track record of translating data insights into successful business strategies; Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in strategic decision-making processes.
