Data-Driven Business Solutions Specialist

About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, who can work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover valuable insights and trends supporting business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
- Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
